Academic Scholarship

Scholarship awarded on total tuition for specific payment periods.

Academic and award criteria

  • ✓ Be actively participating in academic-related activities at CAHE
  • ✓ Enrollment must be continuous, without interruption
  • ✓ Meet all policies as published in the Institutional Catalog
  • ✓ Maintain satisfactory academic progress with a 3.0 GPA or greater
  • ✓ Have no professional behavioral issues on record

Student eligibility & application criteria

  • ✓ 2.5% tuition scholarship when paying one payment period's tuition obligation in full
  • ✓ 3.5% tuition scholarship when paying two payment period's tuition obligation in full
  • ✓ Applicants must be currently enrolled and matriculating at CAHE
  • ✓ Future financial obligations must be paid in full by the date designated by the Finance Department
  • ✓ All prior balances need to be paid in full by the date designated by the Finance Department
  • ✓ Federal Grants and Loans do not count toward payment in full for the scholarship if they have not been received by the date designated by the Finance Department

Graduate Student Scholarship

10% Full enrollment

  • ✓ Maintain continuous enrollment at CAHE without interruption
  • ✓ Meet all policies as published in the Institutional Catalog
  • ✓ Maintain satisfactory academic progress

Student eligibility & application criteria

  • ✓ Applicant must have graduated from CAHE within 12 months of starting a new program

Employee Tuition Scholarship

25% Full enrollment

Academic and award criteria

  • ✓ Employee must maintain employment at CAHE
  • ✓ Maintain continuous enrollment at CAHE without interruption
  • ✓ Meet all policies as published in the Institutional Catalog
  • ✓ Maintain satisfactory academic progress
  • ✓ Have no professional behavioral issues on file

Student eligibility & application criteria

  • ✓ Applicant must be an immediate family member of either:
  • ✓ A) a full-time employee of CAHE, or
  • ✓ B) a per diem employee who has been employed by CAHE for 10+ years
  • ✓ Immediate family member is defined as mother, father, spouse, or child

Partner / Affiliate Scholarship

5% – 10% Full enrollment

Student eligibility & application criteria

  • ✓ Applicant must be a current full-time employee at one of CAHE's qualifying affiliates
  • ✓ Provide a letter from human resources with their start date and employment status
  • ✓ Applicant must be employed at the affiliate for at least one year
  • ✓ Applicant must be in good standing and provide a letter from their supervisor/manager
  • ✓ Applicant must be enrolled at CAHE
  • ✓ Applicant must meet all entrance requirements for CAHE

Military Tuition Scholarship

5% – 10% Full enrollment

Scholarship for veterans and their families.

Military criteria

  • ✓ Veterans: 10% scholarship off the tuition cost of the program
  • ✓ Children or spouses of veterans: 5% scholarship off the tuition cost of the program
  • ✓ Fees are not included for scholarship consideration

Student eligibility & application criteria

  • ✓ Applicant must meet all entrance requirements for CAHE
  • ✓ Applicant must be enrolled at CAHE
  • ✓ A Certificate of Eligibility must be submitted
  • ✓ For a child or the spouse of a veteran, proof of relationship must be submitted (marriage certificate, birth certificate)

Healthcare Heroes Family Scholarship

$250 Per enrollment year

Scholarship for families of healthcare professionals.

Disbursed per billing period (twice a year) and applied quarterly

Rolling admissions, with priority given to applications submitted by the 15th of each month

Student eligibility & application criteria

  • ✓ Applicants must be accepted into, applying to, or enrolled in a program at CAHE
  • ✓ Must have an immediate family member (parent, guardian, sibling, child, or spouse) employed in a licensed healthcare role
  • ✓ Applicants must demonstrate a household adjusted gross income under $300,000
  • ✓ Must submit proof of family member's employment via an employment letter
  • ✓ Must submit copy of family member's healthcare license
  • ✓ Must submit proof of family member's relationship to the applicant
  • ✓ Must submit documentation verifying applicant's household adjusted gross income is less than $300,000
  • ✓ Must submit a short essay (250–500 words) on how having a healthcare worker in the family has influenced their career goals
