Meet Our Admissions Team

Beatriz Sepulveda was born and raised in NYC. She graduated with an associate degree in Business Administration with an Accounting focus. Her journey in education began in 2011, driven by her passion for assisting others. What she enjoys most about her role at CAHE is the collective effort of the staff and faculty to foster the growth and success of their students. As Beatriz shares, "Being able to be a part of someone's educational growth and witnessing their transition from an applicant to a student to becoming a healthcare professional is extremely rewarding." During her free time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and going for long walks on sunny days.

Claire's main area of responsibility is overseeing the application process for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Radiography programs. She enjoys working with applicants throughout their entire academic journey—from admissions to graduation—and seeing them succeed in their programs. Claire finds it exciting to speak to new applicants every day and feels empowered to assist future healthcare providers with their education. Claire attended SUNY New Paltz, earning her Bachelor's in English and History in 2020 and her Master's in English in 2021. In her leisure time, Claire likes to read science fiction and thriller novels and explore New York City.

Sam enjoys guiding prospective students towards their career passion in healthcare. What makes his role fulfilling and inspiring is hearing students excited about starting a new program and being around them on orientation day. Sam has a Bachelor's degree in history from Salve Regina University, Newport, RI, and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University. During his leisure time, he enjoys music, reading, writing, and sports.

A New York City native, Samantha earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Hunter College. She is proud to be part of the admissions team, helping applicants and students take the next step toward their career goals. With a deep appreciation for the impact healthcare professionals make, Samantha is committed to guiding students on their educational journey. In her free time, Samantha enjoys listening to music, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
