CAHE's Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program is accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP). Accreditation is granted only after recommendation by CAAHEP's Joint Review Committee on Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (JRC-DMS) based on a programmatic review and site visit.

Recognition by CAAHEP qualifies the program's graduates for eligibility to apply for and take the certification exam for the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).

CAHE's Medical Dosimetry Program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).

Graduates of the Medical Dosimetry program are eligible to apply for and sit for the certification exam for the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB). Medical Dosimetrists become certified by the MDCB upon passing the examination and are eligible to use the credential of Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD).

Recognition by ABHES qualifies the program's graduates for eligibility to apply for and take the certification exam administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) to become a Certified Surgical Technologist.
