PARAMEDIC REFRESHER

Individuals should complete the registration form and mail it with a copy of their current or expired New York State EMT-Paramedic card. If a copy of the card is not available, a signed “Eligibility for Participation in a New York State DOH-Bureau of EMS Institute – Paramedic Program Certified Paramedic Refresher Course” must be submitted.

Within two weeks of receipt of the registration form, individuals can expect a confirmation of registration and orientation information via e-mail.
