Tuition

The Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program is a two (2) academic year course of study divided into six (6) quarters, totaling 84 weeks. Tuition for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (2017-2019) is $47,300.00. $500 of the tuition is due upon enrollment into the program, with the rest of the tuition payable in installments of $7,800.00 prior to each quarter. Additional program fees apply and are fully outlined below.

Explanation of Fees paid directly to CAHE:

Uniform Fee is used to provide students with a uniform including five scrub tops, five scrub bottoms and a sweatshirt.

Technology Fee is used to provide students with online learning resources, the learning management system, the student portal and the computerized library.

Clinical Fee is used to cover the cost of student coverage under the school's Malpractice/Liability insurance policy, to operate and maintain the student lab and to provide students with a variety of educational affiliated clinical internship sites.

Additional Fees:

Clinical Clearance: Students are required to have a physical examination and be medically cleared by a private physician as well as have a criminal background check performed. The background check is done through a third-party company called CastleBranch. More information regarding clinical clearance will be provided in the orientation packet. The clinical clearance fees are estimated at $250.00.

Textbook Costs:

Students are required to purchase all textbooks on their own. Textbook costs are estimated at $1,850.00

Payment Plans:
