CAHE’s Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program is a two-year course of study which allows students to obtain the didactic and clinical experience in order to work in the field. Graduates may be qualified to sit for the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Certification Exams (ARDMS). Passing this exam is strongly recommended for those seeking employment as a diagnostic medical sonographer, especially in New York State. Graduates may additionally choose to enroll through one of our affiliated colleges which will allow them to apply their studies toward the pursuit of a bachelor’s degree.
