Progression Policy

A student must satisfactorily pass the Math quiz and EKG quiz with a minimum score of 75%.

A student must pass all courses in a quarter in order to progress to the next quarter in the program.

A student must pass the mid-point summative evaluation in order to progress to the third quarter in the program.

A student must pass the final summative evaluations in order to graduate from the program.

A student must pass all courses in the program in order to graduate from the program.

Comprehensive Exam
A student who fails between one and two didactic courses in a quarter may qualify for a comprehensive exam for that course. When a student is registered for four (4) courses in a quarter, the student may qualify for only one comprehensive exam. When a student is registered for five (5) courses in a quarter, the student may be allowed to take up to two (2) comprehensive exams for the quarter. The comprehensive exam must be taking within one week from the date of the course final.

Results of the Comprehensive Exam
A student must receive a minimum of an 80% on the comprehensive exam to be considered to have passed the course and will receive the minimum passing grade (75%) as their recorded score. A student who receives less than an 80% on the comprehensive exam, will be considered, to have failed the course and faces termination from the program.
